Rates
The charges & fees to be paid to the government are given below. The
service fee of Pioneer Law for the works will be given on request. This
does not include translation, communication, secretarial, courier and
other out of pocket expenses. Such cost and expenses are charged on
actual basis.

Note:
i.
Above-mentioned Schedule of our fee does not include communication,
secretarial, courier and other out of pocket expenses. Such cost and
expenses are charged on actual basis.
ii.
The
amount of government fee has been calculated on the basis of NRs.70 =
1US$. Please note that the rate is likely to fluctuate.
iii.
Group discount may be considered for long-term partners. Normally, a
group discount of 10% is given on our fees for the trademark
registration/search/renewal/record change for more than three
trademarks in more than one class at the same time.
Likewise, a group discount of 20% is given on our fees for the
trademarkregistration/search/renewal/record change for more than 10
(ten) trademarks
in more than one class at the same time.
iv.
We
have not included our professional charges for attending to serious
objections (if any) raised by the Department of Industries in the
examination of documents. This would be charged separately on hourly
basis rate.
v.

vi.
The
amount of fees payable to government (full) and the service charges
(half) to Pioneer Law should be deposited in foreign currency account
along with the instruction to proceed. The account would be settled on
the completion of registration process. Account number and related
information for the remittance of fund to cover our cost and fees would
be provided at request.
